At some point many men begin to understand that alcohol and drug use is their real problem. Excuses don't work anymore, efforts to control use don't work. The problems caused by out-of-control alcohol/drug use keep getting worse. People recognize that important changes are needed, but are just not sure how to make those changes.
Progress House is a community of men living together and supporting one another in their efforts to build sober, happy and productive lives. PH is a residential recovery center based on 12-step principles and dependent on the concept of "one alcoholic reaching out to help another" . . . Brothers modeling the path to a sober life.
